Hillsborough County Mini Grant Award

The HOA applied for and was awarded a neighborhood improvement grant offered through Hillsborough County.  On July 11th, neighborhood volunteers met and installed flowers and fresh mulch at the two main entrance signs.  In addition. a mounting block and hitching post was installed near the entrance to aid horseback riders crossing Browning Road.  With the additional traffic now on Browning, riders choosing to dismount will be able to use the mounting block to continue their ride.
