Estoppels

A one week minimum notice is required for the processing of an Estoppel Letter.  

Estoppel Letter requests are referred to the HOA attorney and preparation fees apply.  Advance payment of the estoppel fee by the property owner to the HOA attorney is required.  Please use the email submission below and provide the pertinent information::

We will forward the request along with the ledger and violation status report to the attorney for processing.  Please provide as much notice as possible, to prevent a delay in fulfilling your request.
