Deed Restrictions & Architectural Review

DOWNLOAD - Prior to submitting your ARC application, please check the Covenants & Restrictions available for download above to insure your plans comply.  Then click the download for the Architectural Review Request Form above.   

SCAN & EMAIL - Please scan and attach your plans, along with the ARC application (individual files must be 10MB or smaller.  Total files must not exceed 15MB.).  Emailing your request via the site Contact results in the fastest response time.  

MAIL OPTION - If your plans are too large or you are not able to scan them, please mail them along with the ARC Application to:  

Lithia Ranch HOA, P.O. Box 663, Lithia, FL  33547.  

(Please be aware that the mail-in option will increase the response time.)
