Lithia Ranch is a boutique equestrian community located in the Fishhawk Area within a short commute to Tampa.  With 48 agricultural properties of 5 Acres or more, Lithia Ranch offers the country life within reach of all the conveniences.  Enjoy your own horses, cattle, goats, llamas, sheep or chickens on your own property.  The community is equestrian focused, so if you are looking to hit the trails, Chito Branch Reserve, is just across the street.  Chito offers 5515 acres and miles of trails for horseback riders, hikers & mountain bikers.  

The HOA is governed by a volunteer Board of Directors who are elected from the Lithia Ranch owners.   The Architectural and Agricultural Committee is appointed by the Board.  As the last new homes are now being constructed on some of the last remaining lots and a few properties have recently changed hands, we would like to welcome our new neighbors.  If you have ever considered volunteering for projects in the community, please contact us.  We welcome your contribution in keeping Lithia Ranch a truly special place to live.
