Lithia Ranch Homeowners Association

Lithia Ranch is an equine-friendly community Welcome to the Lithia Ranch Homeowners Association website. Established in 2003, Lithia Ranch is a deed-restricted, residential community comprised of 48 five-acre plus home sites in the Lithia/Fish Hawk area of Hillsborough County.

The area offers prime amenities for families, including top-rated schools, extra-curricular activities, and local shopping. In addition, Lithia Ranch’s designation as an agriculturally-zoned development has the added benefit of allowing the stabling and housing of farm animals such as horses and cows.

This website is intended to offer information to potential and existing homeowners. General information regarding Lithia Ranch is available to all who visit this website. Registered homeowner members of the Lithia Ranch Homeowners Association may access password-protected information about the community.

2010 Mowing Schedule

All lots will be inspected on the deadline dates. If your lot has not been mowed, it will be considered in violation. If you do not have a contractor, the HOA has used Jimmy Selvey 393-8311, and Brian Wolfe 629-4923. Both are aware of our mowing schedule. Please be sure your fence lines are maintained as well.

1st mowing    Deadline: June 1, 2010
2nd mowing    Deadline: August 1, 2010
3rd mowing    Deadline: October 1, 2010
